Jodi is licensed in both Iowa and Illinois and has substantial experience litigating and arbitrating commercial, insurance coverage, reinsurance disputes, and other general disputes.
Before joining Block, Lamberti & Gocke, Jodi was an associate at Jones, Lemon & Graham LLP in Geneva, Illinois and Butler, Rubin, Saltarelli & Boyd LLP and Lovells in Chicago, where her practice focused on litigation and arbitration, including numerous matters involving commercial and reinsurance disputes. Jodi started her litigation practice at the Nyemaster, Goode Law Firm in Des Moines, and recently moved from the Chicagoland area back home to Iowa. In addition to her work with the firm, Jodi also remains of counsel to and continues to work on substantial matters with Jones, Lemon & Graham.

Represented a reinsurer against an insolvent cedent concerning workers compensation losses in excess of $10 million
